Standard Shipping: $5.50, takes 5-10 business days to deliver.
UPS Ground: $10, takes up to 3-5 business days, guaranteed (call/message for details) UPS 2 Day Air: $20, takes up to 2 business days, guaranteed.

In-Store Pick Up

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. Please allow 2 - 3 days for your order to be processed in the regular season. Allow 4 - 5 days during holidays and sales/launches.

Return Policy

All items returned must have tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Shoes must be unworn with no damages to the shoes or the original shoe box. Intimates/bralettes, swimwear, sunglasses, bodysuits, hats/headwear, last ones, and markdowns/sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Orders with promotional codes and jewelry are returnable within 14 days for STORE CREDIT.

To Receive a Refund: All in-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. For online orders, your package must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund in 3 - 5 business days.

To Receive Online Credit: In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days to receive in-store credit. For online orders, your package must be postmarked within 21 days of your order delivery date.  Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with your gift card code. Your gift card will never expire and can be used online or in-store.

Please allow 3 - 5 days after we receive your package for your return to be processed. If your order is returned past the 21-day limit or does not meet our return policy guidelines, you will be asked to pay for return shipping, or we can send the item(s) back with future orders. Cheeky Peach does not reimburse the customer for any return shipping charges when an online item or shipped item is returned. We will hold all non-refundable orders for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated.

Holiday Return Policy

Applies to purchases made between Nov. 12 and Dec. 24.
To Receive a Refund
In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. For online social orders, your package must be postmarked for return within 14 DAYS of your order purchase date. Once we have processed your return, the refunded amount will return to the original form of payment used within 3-5 business days. 
To Receive Store Credit
Purchases made between Nov. 12 and Dec. 24 can be returned for store credit until Jan. 12th, 2021. Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with your 16-digit gift card credit code within 3-5 business days. Your code can be used in-store or through social purchases. 

 

How to Return

Due to the fast-moving inventory and high demand for our products, we will not be able to process exchanges for online orders.

You can return your items via mail or in-store. For mail returns, place item(s), original invoice, and completed return form inside a mailer or box of your choice. Take your package to the post office to pay for postage, and send it on its way! Our return address is 160 W. Clayton Street, Athens, GA 30601. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed.
