All items returned must have tags attached and be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Shoes must be unworn with no damages to the shoes or the original shoe box. Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, headwear, last ones, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Orders with promotional codes and jewelry are returnable within 14 days for STORE CREDIT.
Besty Pittard Designs Repair: Cheeky Peach no longer handles Betsy Pittard Designs repairs as of January 1, 2016. Please contact BPD directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If your purchase was made within 30 days, restringing is complimentary. For purchases over 30 days, a BPD associate will determine an estimate to repair your item. Please be advised, if a BPD item is shipped to Cheeky Peach for repair, the sender is responsible for all shipping costs and repair time will be significantly delayed.
Holiday Return Policy:
Purchases made between November 10th and December 24th are returnable for store credit until January 10th. All purchases must be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

You will find a pre-addressed mailer in your package for any small return items. Place item(s), original invoice, and completed return form inside. Take your package to the post office to pay for postage, and send it on its way! Our return address is 160 W. Clayton Street, Athens, GA 30601

YES! Drop your item(s) off with original invoice and completed return form. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed. See “RETURNS AND ONLINE CREDIT” for more information.

Due to fast moving inventory and high demand for our products, we will not be able to process exchanges. Please reference our size chart to help make your decision easier, chat with us online, or call us at 706.395.2292 with any questions!
To Receive a Refund
Your package must be postmarked for return within 14 days of your purchase date. Once we have processed your return, the refunded amount will return to the card used within 3-5 business days.
To Receive Online Credit
Your package must be postmarked for return within 21 days of your order purchase date. Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with your online credit code. Your online credit code will never expire and can be used in-store.
What Happens Next
Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed. We will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your order once your return package has been received by our returns department.
If your order is returned past the 21 day limit or does not meet our return policy guidelines, you will be asked to pay for the return shipping or we can send the item(s) back with a future order. We will hold all non-refundable orders for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated.
