What happens after I place my Online Order?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email that will include your tracking number.

How often are orders processed?
Please allow 2 business days for online orders to be processed before being shipped out.

I ordered UPS 2 Day Air over the weekend, when will my package ship out?
Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. All orders placed over the weekend are processed first thing Monday morning, including UPS 2 Day Air shipments.

How do I know when my In-Store Pick Up order is ready?
In-store pick up customers will receive two emails. The first email will confirm your order, the second will come when the order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed. Please note our store and warehouse are not the same thing, if you order online we cannot pull merchandise from the floor to fulfill orders, even if we have the exact item in-stock. We offer in-store pick up as a convenience to our local customers, and appreciate your patience.

I see something I love, but it's sold out. Are you re-ordering?
Well, sometimes we will if you tell us to! If you're not seeing an item you love, please email us and we can let you know if we in fact have reordered, and when we expect a restock. If we get requests for a restock we do our BEST to try to get the item back in within a week or two so please holler at us!

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.

Where do I enter a promo code?
At checkout, on page two, you will see a place to enter your promo code on the right side of the screen under your listed items for checkout.

Please note that our fit is a contemporary, boutique fit and generally runs smaller than large chain retailers.

Terms We Like to Use:

true to size - the sizing of the garment should be just as the general sizing chart suggests

oversize fit - the garment has more material and flows away from the body intentionally

body con - body conscious or a tight, body-hugging fit

structured - the garment has a more tailored construction

cropped - the garment stops above the normal or expected length

easy fit - the sizing is casual & can be interchanged without much difference. For example, Piko tops are an easy fit. If size small is sold out, a medium won't be so different that you can't rock it!

transitional - The item can be worn for multiple seasons. For example, a sweater may be light enough that it can transition from summer to fall with an adjustment in accessories or the bottoms the item is paired with!
