Job Title: 
Logistics Manager
Job Summary: 
As the operations manager, you will be responsible for inventory management, packaging and shipping of orders, and leading the logistics team. 
Daily Responsibilities and Duties: You will be responsible for: 
  • Keeping up with the logistics email

  • Printing new orders

  • Communicating with Social Team about special circumstances for any orders/customers

  • Supervising/Assisting team members as they package orders

  • Collecting prices for new products from Katie 

  • Inputting new inventory into Shopify and Inventory Doc

  • Supervising/Assisting team members as they quality check new inventory

  • Contacting vendors as issues come up with inventory and/or invoices

  • Handling Return Authorizations (RAs) 

  • Keeping the back of the house organized- Backstock is organized and neat!

  • Effectively communicating the status of processes 

  • Communicating with the floor when new inventory is ready

Other Responsibilities: 
  • Interviewing and onboarding new employees

  • Training new hires

  • Creating schedule for the logistics team

  • Handling damages on current inventory

  • Attending weekly manager meetings 

  • Cleaning the back/bathroom

  • Weekly checking supplies for the back (bags, tags, stickers, etc.) 

Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Can commit to 40 hours each week

  • Proficient in Excel and other computer skills

  • Highly organized

  • Great multitasker 

  • Team Player
