Shipping & Returns

At Cheeky Peach, we want shopping with us to be easy! From checkout to delivery and everything in between.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Eligibility

Items must:

  • Be postmarked within the return window below
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Include the original invoice or order information

Shoes must be unworn and returned with the original shoe box.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance merchandise
  • Intimates and bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Hats and headwear
  • Sunglasses & Jewelry

Refunds - Web Orders

Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds typically appear back on your original payment method shortly thereafter.

Store Credit

Returns postmarked within 21 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

Once processed, you'll receive your store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used in-store, online, or through social purchases.

Exchanges

Because our inventory moves quickly, we are unable to offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order while returning your original item.

How to Return

  1. Place your item(s) and order information inside a package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Return Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days after your package arrives for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once processing is complete.

Return Policy Guidelines

Items that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted. Non-eligible items may be returned to you at your expense or included with a future order. Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days, after which they will be donated.
